Description
The rental period must start on the 2nd of November.
The minimum rental period is 3 months. For the first two months it will be a sublet, then you’ll become tenant of the room.
Room in a 4-storey house in a quiet area – great connection to Zurich
Room and Features
• Attic room on the top floor (3rd floor)
• Furnished with a complete 140 cm bed including bedding. (The chest of drawers and rack is for sale for 100 CHF)
• Room with slanted roof window and beautiful parquet floor, full of charm and a cosy atmosphere
House and Shared Areas
The house has four floors:
• Basement: Cellar and small gym (bench with barbell, dumbbells, weights, stretch band)
• Ground floor: Kitchen, living room and wardrobe area
• 1st floor: Two bedrooms and a large shared bathroom
• 3rd floor: Two bedrooms and an office
All areas of the house are shared, except for the main tenant’s bedroom and the child’s room.
All other rooms, as well as the spacious 200 m² garden with a lounge area, BBQ station, outdoor furniture, sun umbrella and water connection, are of course available for shared use.
A bicycle is also available to use.
In the kitchen, each person has their own shelf in the cupboard, fridge and freezer.
Location and Transport
The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood – no traffic or noise in front of the house.
In just 7 minutes on foot, you reach the Gasometerbrücke tram stop, where Tram No. 2 takes you directly to the city and the Zurich Main Station (HB).
The Bus No. 307 also goes straight to Zurich Altstetten Station, from where you reach Zurich HB in 5 minutes, or you can take Bus No. 80 to the University of Höngg.

We’re looking for a female flatmate to maintain a balanced and friendly atmosphere.

I’m 41 years old and live here with my daughter.
She stays here every Thursday and Friday, as well as every second weekend.

I speak Spanish, Italian, a bit of French, High German, English and Swiss German.
The other flatmate is Luca, he’s Swiss and he’s doing his master in Architecture.
