Hii, we Andreea(30) and Marta(25), two girls from Bilbao that are now moving together with Andreeas two lovely cats 🐱🐱, we’re looking for a third flatmate to join our new home. We’re sociable, friendly, and love spending time outdoors (especially hiking!), cooking from time to time for friends, and enjoying chill evenings — but we also value and respect personal space.

The apartment is big and bright, with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms (both with bathtubs and we also have washing machine and a dryer), and two balconies — one connected to the living room and the other to one of the bedrooms. It has four rooms in total, and you would have two of them: one is 12.20 m², ideal as a bedroom, and the other is 7.9 m², perfect for a home office, creative space, or whatever comes to your mind😇. The flat is unfurnished.

The location is amazing — less than 15 minutes from Zürich HB and the lake, and just 3 minutes from Stauffacher. You’ll have everything nearby: trams, supermarkets, cafés, and a great connection to anywhere in the city.

We’re looking for a clean, responsible and kind person around our age, with a stable job, who wants to share not just a flat but a bit of daily life, too. We’d love someone who’s open to occasionally cooking together, watching a movie, or just hanging out, while also enjoying her own time. We're not looking to live with a stranger, but to create a warm and respectful home together.

Move-in is August 1st, but furniture can be brought in earlier if needed. The deposit is three months’ rent.
