I'm looking for someone to take over my beautiful room in a shared flat in Kreis 2, right by Museum Rietberg. The apartment is modern, super quiet, but still central: you can walk to the lake in 13 minutes, and tram/bus/Bahnhof Enge are just around the corner, with plenty of greenery and beautiful architecture nearby.

The flat was renovated a couple of years ago and has everything you need: washing machine / dryer in the apartment, your room faces the courtyard and even has its own balcony. Plus, there's a cozy shared kitchen and a storage room. The building sits on a slope: the courtyard side is on the first floor, while the street side (with the kitchen) is on the souterrain level.

Your future flatmate is a super nice person, in her early 30s, works full-time, and is often out and about. This is a women-only flat - ideally looking for someone tidy, friendly of course :), and also working (no students please).

Some of the furniture in my room (bed, dresser, mirror, wardrobe) is also up for sale for a really fair price. Let me know if you're interested :)
