Important details
I'm moving out since my apprenticeship in St. Gallen has ended, i'm looking for a tenant to take over my contract with the same conditions, eather until the end of August or longer. The room is unfurnished with a possibility to buy my current furniture (bed, bedside table, desk, 3 open wardrobes).

There are currently 4 other rooms being occupied, with one being empty next to mine since it needs to be repainted. The other tenants are friendly young people (between 18 and 30), some studying at HSG and some working full-time. There is a possibility to connect but since everyone has different schedules you will often have the apartment to yourself. It is right over the offices of Stöckle Metallbau, otherwise we have no other neighbors.
