New shared apartment with great connections to Zurich and yet in nature
Hi all! The shared apartment is located in beautiful Adliswil, just 20 minutes by public transport from Zurich main station and yet beautifully idyllic in nature in a great, cozy old town house.
The unfurnished room has a built-in wardrobe. The rent for this is CHF 990 (rent including heating).
There is a chimney (fireplace) in the living room. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement. There is a communal balcony in front of the house entrance and a garden seat.
The 3-person shared flat will be relaxed and not just for the purpose of living together. We can enjoy spending time together in the living room, on the balcony, barbecuing together in the summer or doing something together. But it's not a permanent must, you can retreat to your room at any time.
I'm Simon, a software developer (not a nerd ;) ), originally from Germany and in Switzerland since the beginning of 2020. In my free time I like to travel and do fitness.
And there is Corentin, PhD Student, originally from France.
Car parking should be possible on the street, but we still have to look. I have a car and a parking space in front of the house.
I look forward to see you, Simon
