* Die Person muss sich den Wohnsitz in der Wohnung haben (Anforderung des Hauseigentümers)

* Christian, 30, verlässt die Wohnung aus beruflichen und familiären Gründen
* Peter, 57, Informatiker, ruhiger und fleissiger Mensch, er spricht (Schweizer-)Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch und neigt dazu, lange Tage ausserhalb der Wohnung zu verbringen.

* Convenience at your doorstep – supermarket (Coop) is in front of the building
* Bus station next to the building (1min walk) taking you directly to the S-Bahn. It takes 25 min from the bus station to Zurich HB.
* Indoor swimming pool in front of the building (same building as the supermarket)


The room is:

* 10m2 and furnished (including a bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk and chair)
* full of natural light, with a great view on Zurich city (from the 14th floor)
* separated only by a sliding door from the kitchen/living room


The apartment has the following features:
\- Total living space of 86m2 and furnished (with the possibility to make adjustments 😉 )

We are looking for:

* A quiet and clean person who appreciates an apartment that they usually have to themselves during the day (and often in the early evening).
* It is a rather loose flat share with mutual respect, but without unnecessary obligations (and no parties etc.)
* The person must be registered as "legal residence" the apartment (requirement of the landlord, cooperative).


We are:

* Christian, 30, leaving the apartment for work and family reasons
* Peter, 57, computer scientist, quiet and hard-working person, he speaks (Swiss-)German, English and French and tends to have long days outside the apartment.
