To keep the home comfortable for everyone, we’re looking for someone who is tidy, clean, and respectful. We take turns cleaning once a week, so each person is responsible for cleaning every three weeks. You're welcome to have guests over, but if you're planning a larger gathering or inviting more than a few people, we kindly ask that you notify the flatmates in advance and take their needs into consideration. Also, please keep the volume of music, television, or other devices low in the shared areas, or check with others to make sure it’s not disturbing anyone.

The room is available furnished with a king bed, mattress, and a huge wardrobe, and is offered for an initial period of one year. After this, it is likely that there will be the possibility, to be confirmed, to extend the subtenancy or even take over as the main tenant. This should be decided at least three months before the end of the sublet. A deposit of three months' rent is required upon signing the contract - this will only be used to cover unpaid rent or serious damage to the apartment.
