Ich habe eine sehr grosse 6.5 Zimmer Wohnung (165m2) im Herzen vom Zürcher Seefeld (80M von der Feldeggstrasse Tramhaltestelle). Ich wohne seit meiner kürzlichen Scheidung alleine in der Wohnung und dafür ist sie zu gross. Zum Teilen ist Sie aber in vielen Hinsichten ideal und bietet ein super PreisLeistungs-Verhältnis (Mietkonditionen wurden vor 20 Jahren arrangiert).
Neben den 2 individuellen Schlafzimmern gibt es ein 40m2 grosses Wohnzimmer (mit zusätzlichem Kühlschränk), eine sehr gut ausgestattete 20m2 grosse Küche mit Waschmaschine/Tumbler, ein kleiner Fernseh/Gästezimmer als Vorzimmer zur Terrasse(14m2), ein grosses Büro dass gemeinsam genutzt werden kann und ein Ankleidezimmer voll ausgestattet mit Kleiderschränken. Alle Räume sind schon gut möbliert und ein fast unbenutztes Bett und andere Möbel wie Kleiderschrank, Bürotisch etc. gehören zum Angebot dazu.
Kosten: 1800 und 200 NK pauschal (Für die wöchentliche Reinigung, Internet, TV, Strom, Serafe, Heizung, Müllsäcke und anderes Haushalts-Verbrauchsmaterialen enthalten.)

Very central but away from street noise, large and well equipped apartment to be shared with a couple

I have a very large 6.5 room apartment (165m2) in the heart of Zürich Seefeld. You are next to the tram stop, restaurants, bars, shops, lake, etc. After my divorce the place got a little bit too big for myself only. But taking all the great qualities from this apartment into consideration, it’s also too good to let go (rental terms have been fixed 20 years ago).
Apart from the two bedrooms, there is a big living room (40m2), a large kitchen (20m2) with everything you need (also washing machine and dryer). A small TV- or guest room as a middle room between Living room and patio (12m2), a big office room and dress room with a lot of space if you want to set up your homeoffice or you have a lot of clothes. All rooms are well furnished and currently an almost brandnew bed and other furniture like wardrobe, desk etc. would be part of the offer.
I am looking for a male or female flatmate that is easy-going, reliable and also likes to live in a nice home. I am 40 years old and work in Finance. I am usually out a lot.
Costs: 1800 and 200 additional costs all in(we have a weekly cleaning lady that can also do the laundry in case of interest. Apart from that this costs cover Internet, TV, TV taxes, electricity, heating, trash bags and other expendable material used for the household.)
