I am moving out and looking for a replacement tenant for my room at Schwandenacker 46 (Seebach), available from March 1st, 2026.

The Room & Flat:

Rent: CHF 950 per month. This is all-inclusive (heating, electricity, water, etc.).

Extra: Internet is the only extra cost (~CHF 10/month).

The Room: It comes with a private balcony and a wooden bed frame. The rest is unfurnished so you can bring your own stuff.

The WG: You would be sharing with 3 friendly ETH undergraduate students. There is a shared kitchen, one bathroom, and laundry in the building.

Location:

2 min walk to the bus stop.

5 min walk to Coop.

10 min to Oerlikon Station (by public transport).

35 min to ETH Zentrum.
