We have two rooms to rent in our WG available as of now. We are looking for two new flatmates in the age range between 25-40. Ours is a 5.5 rooms apartment with a garden (kitchen, living room-dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets). A washing room (with washing machine & dryer) as well as a drying room is shared with the other people in the duplex.

Shared rooms with parquet flooring. The previous tenants are interested in selling some of their furniture (bed, mattress, desk, chair).

Location: Zurich Affoltern (8046 Zurich), Schauenbergstrasse 12

The house building is at the center of Zurich Affoltern and very well connected: 1min from the "Zehntenhausplatz" bus stop (Bus 62/61/32). The Affoltern train station is 7 minutes walking distance. There is a Coop 2min away and a big Migros 7min walking distance. Additionally, it is 15min away from Höggenberg Campus.

The rent includes a prepayment for supplementary costs (heating, water, electricity, internet, etc.) that covers the expected costs. It also includes a weekly cleaning service for the shared rooms. Exact costs will be settled yearly. A rent deposit of 3 monthly rent has to be paid.
