I’m looking for a female flatmate around 30 years old to share my 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms, living room, and separate kitchen) right in front of the Salersteig tram stop (Oerlikon). The apartment is fully furnished—just bring your suitcase!

Your room: 18m², with a 1.40m bed, 2 nightstands, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and a bookshelf.

Rent: CHF 1590.-/month all inclusive (internet, utilities, electricity, and cleaning twice a month). Deposit: 2 months’ rent. Available from April, minimum 6 months.

About me: I’m 34 years old, cheerful, and very active. You’ll have plenty of space and privacy, as I only use the apartment when I’m in Zurich for work (usually about 2 evenings a week, but my schedule varies a lot).
