Charges and Amenities

The charges include electricity and Internet, which are shared equally among the roommates, with an average cost of about 50 CHF per person.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large furnished dining room—perfect for shared meals or relaxing together. You will also have access to a washing machine and dryer located in the basement, where a private storage unit is available. A communal bike room is also provided.

Located on the third floor on Schaffhauserstraße, the apartment is ideally situated. The Salersteig tram stop is right outside the door, and Milchbuck, Irchel University, and grocery stores like Migros, Coop, Aldi, Denner, and Lidl are all within walking distance. The ETH campuses (Zentrum and Hönggerberg) are about 15 minutes away by bike, bus, or tram. Direct tram lines also provide quick access to the main train station (HB) and the airport.

Preferred Profile

Following the departure of our roommate, who got a job in Bern, we are looking for someone new to join our shared apartment.
Ideally, you are organized, non-smoking, easy-going, and sociable. You enjoy shared moments like cooking together or organizing activities while respecting everyone’s need for quiet time.

Domingo: 27 years old, Spanish, engineer, energetic and warm, with a great sense of humor.
