Da ich eine tolle 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung an absolut genialer Lage beziehen werde, suche ich nun eine*n passende*n Mitbewohner*in, um eine gemütliche und unkomplizierte 2er-WG zu gründen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im
Schachen 12
, quasi im Grünen und dennoch super nah an der Altstadt und der Aare. Zu Fuss in
10 Minuten
auf dem Perron von Gleis 2 und 3
nach Zürich.



Zur Wohnung und Deinem Zimmer:

Ein helles Zimmer in einer älteren Wohnung.

Die Wohnung:
Ein grosses Wohnzimmer/Büro, eine noch nicht ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

Die Kosten:
Die genaue Bruttomiete inklusive aller Nebenkosten (wie Internet, Strom etc.) rechnen wir dann noch exakt aus und schauen gemeinsam, wie sich die Zusatzkosten aufteilen. Es wird auf jeden Fall fair und transparent.


Zu mir:
Ich bin der Jonas, Jahrgang 1987, und arbeite als selbstständiger Berater in der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Ich bin ursprünglich ganz in der Nähe in Küttigen aufgewachsen und kenne die Gegend wie meine Westentasche.

Was ich mir für die WG wünsche:
Ich suche keine Zweck-WG, sondern ein harmonisches Zusammenleben. Ich finde es toll, wenn man sich abends in der Küche begegnet, spontan zusammen kocht, ein Bier oder einen Wein trinkt und quatscht. Gleichzeitig ist mir der gegenseitige Respekt vor der Privatsphäre und dem Bedürfnis nach Rückzug und Ruhe ebeso wichtig.

Hi everyone!

Since I am moving into a great 3.5-room apartment in an absolutely amazing location, I am now looking for a matching flatmate to start a cozy and easy-going 2-person flatshare (WG). The apartment is located at Schachen 12, right in the countryside yet super close to the old town and the Aare river. It takes just 10 minutes on foot to reach platforms 2 and 3 at the train station for connections to Zurich.

I'm Jonas, born in 1987, and I work as an independent consultant in international development cooperation. I originally grew up nearby in Küttigen and know the area like the back of my hand.
