We are looking for someone to take over this small room in our shared flat.
We are four girls aged between 25 and 31 years old, overall we can speak English, French, German, Swiss German and/or Italian.

The common areas include a big living room & kitchen with also an outside area, one bathroom with shower, a second bathroom with bathtub, a storage room and a washing machine+tumbler located inside the apartment itself. The living room also has a very big built-in storage that you can use to store your clothes since the room itself is quite small.

We also share a wifi subscription for 50chf per month (to be divided through the four of us) and a cleaning service for the common areas every other week for around 60chf per person per month.

The flat is located near Marzilibad (around 10 minutes by feet) and the Aare itself is less than a minute away, right in front of us. Close to the apartment you can find the tram stop "Schönegg" for tram line 9, and the bus stop "Ka-We-De" from bus line 19.

We also have two cats in the apartment.
