Hi there! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join the lease in our top-floor duplex apartment on Rue de Zurich. This bright and spacious home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen perfect for cooking, and a big living room that opens onto a sunny balcony overlooking a quiet interior courtyard. There’s also an open workspace for those who work from home, plenty of storage both in the apartment and in a large cave downstairs, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is partly furnished as we recently moved in. The available bedroom is unfurnished. Rent is 1392 CHF per month, plus shared bills (electricity, internet, and other common costs).

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Cèlia and me, we are both in our 30s and have recently moved to Geneva for work. We’re looking for someone open-minded, socially aware, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and environmentally conscious, who values a tidy, respectful living environment and is looking for a place to make home. To meet the lease requirements a complete dosier is needed, including three payslips, an attestation de non-poursuite and a monthly income of at least 4176 CHF.
