We are a couple, (Computer Science Engineer & PhD) looking for a like-minded flatmate to share the flat with us.
We love to explore Switzerland and enjoy Nature versus going out to bars and restaurants with friends.
We are looking for someone like-minded, as you might end up joining us on our adventures

Lausanne Options:
In Lausanne for this kind of price, the options are usually to live in a small claustrophobic studio or to be in a nice flat but share it with a lot of other people.
We offer you something in between.

We decided to pick a house in what we think is the best location, where we step outside and are immersed in the heart of the city, with groceries and transport at the door.
We also wanted a nice house with great areas and a natural night (each room has windows that cover an entire wall)

The only catch: we have to share one of our rooms. Which can actually be a plus in a big city where it’s easy to feel lonely.
If you’re also tired of tiny studios or crowded houses, come visit us!

Candidates should be:
Non-smokers only, as we keep a smoke-free home. (My girlfriend is an ex-smoker and it could be a trigger for her ahah)

Pictures:
The divisions in the photos are empty for privacy reasons but the house is fully equipped.
You would only have to worry about your room.
We kept an old photo of the room so you can get an idea of the size but it will be empty when you move in..

Price:
The price includes the rent, normal utilities, but also a lot of other things you would usually pay from your pocket, like the internet service, taxed trash bags, toilet paper and many other products

Flat furniture & Equipment:
The flat is fully furnished and we have all kinds of equipment:
\- A professional coffee machine (don’t worry, we’ll teach you if you’re not a barista)
\- A tea station with a temperature-controlled kettle
\- Vacuum Robot, Dyson Vacuum, Ice Maker machine, Air fryer, Robot Pâtissie, etc…

Cleaning:
We clean the flat once a week and have a vacuum robot, so you’ll mainly just need to clean your own room.

Transport:
Subway Station - Bessières

Groceries and Gym:
Super close to the flat we have Coop, Lidl, Aldi and also a mini market open every day of the week from 7h to 22h (Lifesaver). Migros, Denner and Gym are also within walking distance.

To visit us, exit at Bessières Metro Station, go under the bridge, and walk up to Lidl.
