Tu partageras l’appartement avec deux étudiants en master à l’EPFL, dans une colocation calme mais conviviale. Nous aimons discuter ensemble, tout en respectant l’espace de chacun. L’appartement comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et une salle de bain/WC partagée. Nous parlons français, allemand et anglais et attachons de l’importance au respect et à la propreté pour un cadre de vie agréable.

L’appartement est situé dans un quartier calme, mais très bien desservi :
• 10–15 min à pied de la gare de Renens et des supermarchés Migros/Coop
• 5 min à pied de l’arrêt de bus le plus proche
• 10 min en vélo du campus EPFL/UNIL

Are you looking for a comfortable and well-located room near EPFL/UNIL? I am moving out due to my Master’s thesis and am offering my fully furnished 20 m² room in Renens from April until the end of August. The room is bright, has two windows, and comes with a bed, nightstand, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There is no desk, but there is plenty of space to bring your own.

You will be living with two EPFL Master’s students in a quiet yet sociable shared apartment. We enjoy chatting and spending time together but also respect each other’s space. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a shared bathroom/WC. We speak French, German, and English, and we value respect and cleanliness to maintain a pleasant living environment.

The flat is located in a calm neighborhood but is well connected:
• 10–15 min walk to Renens train station and Migros/Coop
• 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop
• 10 min by bike to EPFL/UNIL campus
