I’m looking for someone to sublet my flatmate’s room starting in early June. I'm currently studying at EPFL and entering my final stretch here, I'd love to share this beautiful place by Lac Léman with someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I do!

Located just a short walk from Montreux train station and only five minutes from the breathtaking Riviera, this flat is in the perfect spot, especially during the Montreux Jazz Festival! The apartment is spacious, bright all day long, and features a balcony with an incredible lake view.

• Lausanne ~25 minutes by train
• EPFL ~40 minutes by train
