A furnished room is available in a house of 6 students in front of the EHL.
Private room equipment: bed (140x200); bedside table, cupboard, desk table& chair.
Common areas in the house are distributed as follows:
GROUND FLOOR

* Equipped with an open kitchen and dining room
* Spacious Garden and Terrasse

* Open room: a closet for seasonal clothes & a storage area for each room, an ironing area
* Luggage room: a personal space for each room for your luggage
* Laundry room: a laundry basket and personal storage for your products

PARKING SPACES

* 1 visitor parking space for each house
* It is possible to rent a parking lot: CHF 100. external / CHF 130. covered.


ROOM RENT:

CHF 1075.- charges, SERAFE, Internet, & cleaning of common areas 1/week included deposit areas.

Bank deposit: 3'225.-
