My name is Alexei, I’m currently pursing a Master’s degree at Hochschule Luzern (HSLU). I am renting out 1 room, partially furnished, there is an unassembled bed with mattress, and a table with chair. It is a 2-room flat (48 m2) with a small kitchen, and one bathroom. Both rooms are the same size, with the exception that yours is without a balcony, but the view is nice.

* Peaceful neighbourhood.
* 5-minute walk from Seetalplatz (Lidl, McDonalds).
* 10-minute walk from the Emmenbrücke train station.

I will be leaving the country in 3-4 months and looking for somebody
who can take over the main contract (so it's expected by the agency that you can show an income of not less CHF 3000)
. The total rent excluding utilities is pretty low CHF 910.

Since I do not speak German much, I would expect an English-speaking person. I also have a cuddly cat, but he’s staying in my room. Please start with a short bio about yourself :)
