Besondere Merkmale:
* Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen eigenen Balkon.
* Die zwei Mitbewohner sind Wochenaufenthalter.
* Lidl ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, der Schwamendingerplatz in 7 min mit mit der Tram.
* Zur ETH und zum Höngg braucht man 25 min, nach Oerlikon braucht man 10 mit den Bussen 61 oder 787.
* Das Zimmer ist vollkommen möbliert.

Die zwei Mitbewohner sind ETH Studenten und kommen aus Lausanne und Stuttgart.
Die Waschmaschine wird sich mit dem Haus geteilt, und es gibt einen Trockenraum.
