I’m Yannick, 22 years old, and I work in Revenue Management at SWISS International Air Lines. With a bit more luck than planning, I managed to get this really great and reasonably priced apartment in Opfikon - and now I’m looking for a flatmate to share it with starting in April.

The apartment is still occupied by the current tenants this month, so the furniture you see in the pictures belongs to them. Especially for the bedroom, this means you’ll be able to furnish and decorate it however you like. The pictures should mainly give you a general impression of the space.

Overall, the apartment has a really nice layout with large rooms and plenty of space. Floor-to-ceiling windows make the rooms bright and airy. The bathrooms and the kitchen are well equipped, and the terrace with a small garden will be great for relaxing or having a barbecue during the summer.

One of the biggest advantages (at least for me) is the location. You can reach Opfikon train station in just 2 minutes on foot, from where it takes about 10 minutes to Zürich HB. The airport is only about 6 minutes away by bus, and Glattbrugg station is also just around 5 minutes away. I actually lived in another apartment in the same building as a subtenant for the past three months, and I can honestly say that the connectivity is incredibly convenient.

A bit about me:
I’m a pretty relaxed person who enjoys good conversations and a friendly living atmosphere. I like cooking and would definitely enjoy cooking together from time to time if you’re up for it. I’ve lived in shared apartments for the past few years and have only had very positive experiences with it.

What I’m looking for:
It would be great if you’re not just looking for a purely functional flatshare. At the same time, I completely understand if you’re often busy or out and about. What matters most to me is that you treat the apartment well and bring a certain level of responsibility, maturity, and cleanliness.
