I have two rooms available in my flat and am looking for roommates.

About the flat: it's a fantastic place to live.
\- It's central: 5 minutes away from the Brunau station, right in front of a bus stop, 10 minutes away from the HB by bike (flat route, along the river).
\- It's very large for the inner city. The living room is very spacious, there's a big & quiet terrace, a comfortable kitchen, one full bathroom and one additional WC.
\- It's got great amenities, some of which come with the flat (washer & dryer in the bathroom, bathtub, garage & parking space, pantry, cellar, backyard), some of which come from me (barbecue, fire pit, tons of kitchen equipment).
\- It's got a lot of charm, in particular due to the wooden flooring and the large windows that go up to the ceiling. I'm currently redecorating the place; the living room in particular looks a little empty on the pictures because the previous roommates left with their furniture, it'll be cozier by the time you move in.
\- There are two rooms available: one is about 10m², the other is about 13m² and has a private balcony (of about 4.5m²). They are not furnished.
\- The neighbors are very nice! We're exchanging favors all the time! In an apartment building in Switzerland! Can you believe it!

About me: I'm a French guy in his early 30s who just started an independent consulting business. I work entirely from home, so I use two out of the four bedrooms (one for my bedroom and the other for my office). I love to cook, read science-fiction, grow plants, invite people over for brunch/dinner, bike, swim.

About you: You are friendly, open-minded, and speak either French or English. You like sharing a meal and a glass of wine (either by default in the evening, or once in a while). You're OK with me having people over (think "nice dinner party", not "loud music until late"). Extra bonus points if you have cats. (No dogs, though.)

About rent: I calculated it based on space usage and the rent I'm playing. This includes Nebenkosten and one third of the garage, but this does not include additional shared costs (mainly electricity and a cleaner who comes once every two weeks). The indicated rent is for the smaller room, the larger room is CHF 100,- more.
