Zimmer mit Balkon in schöner Altbau-WG am Schaffhauserplatz (ab 1. April)

Für unsere helle und großzügige Altbauwohnung in Zürich suchen wir ab 1. April eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 18.6 m² groß, sehr lichtdurchflutet und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 5.5 Zimmer groß und bietet viel Platz: ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen Essbereich, zwei Bäder, sowie eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler in der Wohnung. Außerdem gibt es ein Estrichabteil. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Raum und typischem Altbau-Charme.

Lage:
Direkt am Schaffhauserplatz mit super Anbindung – ETH / Uni Irchel und die Polyterrasse sind schnell erreichbar.

Miete:
CHF 1’187 pro Monat (inkl. Nebenkostenanteil)

Zusätzliches:
Es fällt einmalig eine Beteiligung von CHF 380 für Möbel und Ausstattung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen an. Es ist keine Kaution erforderlich.

Zur WG:
Du würdest mit drei sehr angenehmen Mitbewohner:innen zusammenwohnen:

* eine 24-jährige Studentin im Master Recht
* ein 29-jähriger Biologiestudent
* ein 28-jähriger Student der Umweltwissenschaften an der ETH

Wir haben eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung und legen Wert auf ein freundliches, entspanntes Zusammenleben. Es ist keine Zweck-WG – wir schätzen ein gutes Miteinander, respektieren aber natürlich auch den Freiraum jeder Person.

Wen wir suchen:
Jemanden, der gut in die WG passt und Lust auf ein angenehmes Zusammenleben hat. Studierende oder Berufstätige sind gleichermaßen willkommen.

Room with Balcony in a Beautiful Shared Apartment near Schaffhauserplatz (from April 1st)

We are looking for a new flatmate starting April 1st for our bright and spacious Altbau apartment in Zurich.

The room is about 18.6 m², very bright, and has direct access to the balcony.

The apartment has 5.5 rooms in total and offers plenty of space: a large living room, a dining area, two bathrooms, and a private washing machine and dryer inside the apartment. There is also storage space in the attic. Overall, it’s a very beautiful apartment with lots of space and classic Altbau charm.

Location:
Right at Schaffhauserplatz with excellent public transport connections – ETH, Uni Irchel, and the Polyterrasse are easily reachable.

Rent:
CHF 1,187 per month (including additional costs share)

Additional information:
There is a one-time contribution of CHF 380 for furniture and equipment in the common areas. There is no security deposit required.

About the flatshare:
You would live with three very friendly flatmates:

* a 24-year-old law student (Master’s)
* a 29-year-old biology student
* a 28-year-old environmental sciences student at ETH

We keep the apartment very clean and well maintained and value a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This is not a purely functional flatshare – we enjoy spending time together occasionally but also respect everyone’s personal space.

Who we are looking for:
Someone who fits well into the flatshare and enjoys a pleasant living environment. Students or young professionals are both welcome.
