**Room for Sublet in Our Friendly Shared Flat! 1 November 2024 to 31 January 2025**

Hi there!

As one of our flatmates will be away, we have a partially furnished room available in our welcoming shared flat in Wallisellen, starting from November 1, 2024 until 31 Janaury 2025. We're looking for a new roommate who is between the ages of 18 and 35. Everyone is welcome—any gender!

Currently, the flat is home to two women and two men, who are either students or employed. We tend to enjoy a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.

For your convenience, we have WiFi that you’ll be able to use. Communication here won't be a problem as we speak both German and English.
