I am leaving with a heavy heart this beautiful and great located 2-person flat share in the heart of Zurich. There is a room available for you :-)



Your room:



It is a 13.3 sqm room in a 3.5 room apartment with balcony in the living room directly at the Stauffacher in the heart of Zurich in close proximity to the Sihl.



You are welcome to take over furniture from me, like a closet, a desk, the bed with two side tables, etc.



The room is theoretically available immediately, but no later than 01.12.



The apartment:



Cozy kitchen with gas stove :-) and seating, bathroom and toilet are separate. 2 rooms. One of your new great roommate, Belén, and the other yours and a living room with balcony.



Floor tiles, parquet and laminate.



The Coop (soon to return), Denner, a great bakery and various stores and restaurants are within easy reach. The proximity to the main station, streetcar (Stauffacher), Sihl, downtown, swimming pool and also university are brilliant.



In the basement our own storage room. Otherwise laundry room with washing machine, dryer and large drying room. There is no schedule.



Sociable and uncomplicated neighbors.



Who is Belén looking for:



An open-minded, independent and tidy person who would like to live in a shared apartment.



Who is Belén (37 y.):



A communicative, sociable and cheerful girl, with sense of humor, an interest in new encounters and ventures. She speaks several languages fluently: English, French, Italian, of course Spanish and increasingly better in German. She loves to cook and is available for entertaining hours with a glass of red wine and/or a cozy dinner (on the balcony).
