Unsere schöne WG an der Rathausgasse in der Badener Altstadt sucht neue Bewohner*innen, die das Haus mit neuem Leben und Ideen füllen. Das Haus wird seit über 30 Jahren als WG genutzt und es ist an der Zeit, dass sich neue Bewohnende an diesem schönen Zuhause erfreuen können. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Stockwerke und bietet für bis zu 4 Bewohner*innen viel Privatsphäre und genügend Platz.
Da wir aktuellen Bewohner*innen nach und nach ausfliegen, sind wir auf der Suche nach Personen, die das Haus an einmaliger Lage, den Charme der Altstadt, und das gesellige aber rücksichtsvolle zusammenleben in einer WG genau so schätzen wie wir.

* Monatsmiete inkl. Nebenkosten: 2650.-
* Bei 4 Bewohner*innen entsprechend 662.50.- p.P.
* Bezug per 1. November (auf Wunsch etwas früher möglich)

Das Haus



* Im EG befindet sich ein separat vermieteter Laden
* Ansonsten gehört das ganze Haus (1.OG bis 4.OG und Dachstock) zur WG
* 1\. OG mit Entrée, Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer, Waschmaschine und Gäste-WC
* 2\. OG mit zwei Zimmern und Bad/WC
* 3\. OG mit zwei Zimmern und Bad/WC
* 4\. OG mit einem Zimmer, einer kleine Küche, einem unbeheizten Raum und einem kleinen Balkon
* Dachstock mit genügend Platz für alles, was du gerade nicht brauchst.

Our beautiful shared flat on Rathausgasse in Baden's old town is looking for new residents to fill the house with new life and ideas. The house has been used as a shared flat for over 30 years and it is time for new residents to enjoy this beautiful home. The house has 4 floors and offers plenty of privacy and space for up to 4 residents.
As our current residents are gradually moving out, we are looking for people who appreciate the house's unique location, the charm of the old town, and the sociable but respectful communal living in a shared flat just as much as we do.


Here are a few key details:



* Monthly rent: 2650.-
* (For 4 residents, this equates to 662.50.- per person)
* Move-in date: November 1 (earlier possible upon agreement)


Unique location



* Three minutes' walk to platform 1 (Baden train station)
* In the heart of Baden's beautiful old town
* Right next to bakeries, restaurants, bars, and shopping


The house



* There is a separately rented shop on the ground floor
* Otherwise, the entire house (1st to 4th floors and attic) belongs to the shared flat
* 1st floor with entrance hall, kitchen, living/dining room, washing machine, and guest toilet
* Second floor with two rooms and bathroom/toilet
* Third floor with two rooms and bathroom/toilet
* Fourth floor with one room, a small kitchen, an unheated room, and a small balcony
* Attic with plenty of space for everything you don't need right now.
