Hallo zusammen



Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner für meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im Herzen von Zürich. Da ich viel zuhause bin und von zu Hause aus arbeite, möchte ich das Zimmer bevorzugt an jemanden untervermieten, der/die nicht die ganze Woche da ist – z.B. Wochenaufenthalter:in, Pendler:in oder jemand mit unregelmässiger Anwesenheit.



Der Mietzins ist entsprechend flexibel und richtet sich danach, wie oft du tatsächlich da bist (ca. CHF 500–850
).


Kurz zu mir:


Ich heisse David, arbeite in der Kunstwelt, mache viel Sport und koche gerne. Die WG ist eher eine ruhige Zweck-WG mit viel gegenseitigem Respekt und Freundlichkeit. Wenn es passt, isst man auch mal zusammen – es gibt aber keinen Zwang.


Einzug ab April 2026
, ich bin zeitlich sehr flexibel und offen für Wochenaufenthalter:innen oder ähnliche Konstellationen.


Zur Wohnung:


Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben Sihlcity im Kreis 4, an der Grenze zur Enge. Sehr ruhig gelegen, stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Part-time flatmate wanted – beautiful old building apartment in Zurich



Hello everyone,



I’m looking for a flatmate for my beautiful old-building apartment in the heart of Zurich. Since I’m at home a lot and work from home, I’m specifically looking for someone who will not be around the whole week – for example a commuter, weekly resident (Wochenaufenthalter), or someone with an irregular presence.



The rent is flexible and depends on how often you are actually in the apartment (approx. CHF 500–850
).

A bit about me:



My name is David, I work in the art world, do a lot of sports and enjoy cooking. The flat share is more of a calm, respectful and functional WG. We treat each other with kindness and respect. Cooking or eating together can happen if it feels right, but there is absolutely no obligation.


Move-in from April 2026.
I’m very flexible and open to people who are weekly residents or in similar situations.


About the apartment:


The apartment is located next to Sihlcity in District 4, right at the border to Enge. Very quiet area, stylishly furnished, very clean, and fully equipped.
