The room is only available for students (University or Apprenticeship).



About the room:

A bright 9m^2 room in a large student WG (shared house) will become available on April 12. The room is furnished with a single bed (90 cm, not the one shown in the pictures), a desk, office chair, built-in wardrobe, floor lamp, and a shelving unit. The furniture I have not listed on here but which is in the pictures belongs to me and can be taken over upon request.

The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you might need, including a dishwasher, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, two ovens, and induction stoves. We also have a huge dining room that can seat about 30 people. With a table tennis table and several couches, it creates a cozy space to hang out with friends or fellow roommates.

There is also a living room featuring a beamer for movie nights and a piano if you’re musically inclined. The house also includes a back garden and a roof terrace with a great view of the city.

Utilities are included in the rent, and the deposit is equal to one month’s rent.


About us:

We are 23 people coming from many different backgrounds, brought together by the sense of community this house creates. We host weekly house dinners, have a semester party, and spontaneously gather for movie, cooking, or board game nights. Regardless of your background, you are guaranteed to find someone who fits your interests and who you can talk to.
