TEMPORARY ROOM ONLY FOR WOMAN!

While I am on holidays, from 17th December to 12 of January. (A little bit flexible days)

It can be any period within these dates, but minimum 2 weeks (2 weeks would be half of the rent, 800CHF, 3 weeks would be 1200CHF)

Just 12 min walk from Zurich Hb or 5 min by tram.

You have the upstairs room, with sun the whole day, your own bathroom and an individual space on the same floor for the wardrobe. A lovely balcony also very sunny almost the whole day.

You will share the kitchen downstairs and the living room with other 2 people:
a lovely girl that works in person and home office. And a cute guy that is almost never home.

We preserve a peaceful, easy and clean space together.

I put a lot of love in my room, build everything myself, so I need someone that will take care of everything as their own. I have very special things on it.
