, and we’re looking for someone to take over my room starting then, ideally for a
long-term lease
.
We’re a
chill, clean, and tidy flat
with genuinely amazing flatmates. The apartment has a beautiful view from the shared kitchen and living room, and the room itself comes with a
private bathroom
.
To be eligible, you must be an
ETH Bachelor’s or Master’s student
.
The rent is
615 CHF/month
(may increase slightly with the tenant change).
The room is furnished with a
bed, desk, wardrobe, and chair
. Please note that it does
not
include a mattress. Since I’m moving out of Zurich, I would prefer someone who is willing to purchase the remaining furniture from me
