Hello! I'm moving out of my room in Student Village on December 1st and I'm looking for a new student (only ETH, this is a Student Village policy) to take over the space.
The room is a cozy 13 m^2 and comes with a single-bed frame and mattress, a desk, chair, closet, and a large bookshelf. Our shared space features a spacious kitchen and living room with all the essentials, including a dishwasher! We have three bathrooms: one with a toilet, one with a shower, and one with both. I currently pay 765 CHF per month, which covers all expenses like internet. Note that Student Village might increase the rent by a small amount, typically around 10 CHF. The flat is shared with eight other flatmates, many of whom are master students, along with some bachelor students. Since we are a group of mostly international students, we speak mainly English. It’s a relaxed environment—sometimes we catch up over dinner, but we also enjoy our own space. We’re looking for a friendly flatmate who enjoys chatting occasionally and values keeping the flat clean and organized, making it a welcoming place for everyone.
