A room in this shared flat will be free from May 1st 2024 until 15th August 2024. The existing tenant (your future flatmate) will only be living in the flat during half of this period (in one-month intervals), so you will have the apartment to yourself half of the time.

The flat is next to the Nidau train station, so you can be in Biel in less than 10 minutes. It is in a quiet and relaxed neighbourhood.

The room is rented furnished, with a double bed, two drawers, a table and a chair. The shared living space is also furnished and includes a living room, balcony, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. A projector is also available for use in the living room.

You will have access to a storage room and there is a laundry machine inside the flat.

We are looking for a person who is responsible, quiet and clean. Your future flatmate is a 31-year-old male, who speaks English, Korean and Chinese.

No smoking inside the apartment will be allowed.
