I’m renting my room until February 2026 (date can be extended) could potentially be taken over from mid September too (TBC)
The flat is brand new, it has a very charming wooden floor with high ceiling. Washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need to cook inside
2 sunny balconies on both side of the flat so you get sun light no matter the time of the day.
The bedroom is furnished with high end quality furniture as I bought them for myself.
You will share the space with the beeeest housemate ever. And i would like to find the perfect fit for him. He is a computer science 26 year old starting his own startup. He works sometimes from home and enjoy really good company and nice vibe. Hence, it’s important that you’re looking to share an experience and not just the rent.
Rent includes everything so no surprises to expect! :) Cleaning is included once a month for all common areas.
