I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room, as he is finishing his master’s. The room becomes available in our quiet and comfortable two-person WG on St. Jakob Strasse.

From January 2026, flexible by arrangement.

• Lidl is a 2-minute walk away
• Marktplatz only a few minutes down the street
• STAGE study building right next door
• About 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus (5/9) to the University of St. Gallen

• Bright and calm
• Fully furnished (bed + mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, lamps, small shelves)
• Desk not included
• Furniture can stay without extra cost

🏠 The Apartment
• Two-floor maisonette with a converted attic
• Each person has their own bathroom
• Fully furnished shared spaces
• A relaxed, tidy, and comfortable atmosphere
