My room in a shared apartment (with private bathroom) will become available starting from the 1st of november 2025 (flexible to accommodate entering in october as well).

The apartment is a 4,5room in a new building (construction year: 2020). It is located in Engstringerstrasse in Schlieren, great location for all the comodities:
\- 3 min by foot from the train station (trust me you cannot hear it 🚂).
\- 7 min from tram station: Schlieren Zentrum.
\- 10 minutes by foot from coop, migros and aldi.


You will live with Chiara (31), my current flatmate. She is very nice and kind, she is active, clean and tidy. She is chill and she likes to have a relaxed vibe in the flat. She likes cooking. She works in pharma and does home office 3 days/week.

About you:
✅If you are active, clean, tidy, organized, then you are good fit. You sould also work (preferably no home office), no students.

🚫You should NOT have a pet, organize parties or being loud during the working days.

Additional Requirement: You should take/buy a table as i will take the current one with me. Chiara and I bought the furniture together. Therefore, if you like to take over what i bought we can discuss about the price.

I loved the flat, it is modern, logistically perfect and quiet. I hope you will like it too.
