For a 15m2 room, furnished, in a 3-room-flat with balcony near the centre of Wädenswil.

You should be a nice person, reliable, fair, trustworthy and adaptable. Your age and gender doesn't matter, but basic skills in how to keep a household clean would be appreciated.

Costs: 752 CHF per month, plus side costs for warm water, electricity etc.
