We have been continuously housing students from both for the last 10 years. Most students stay an average of 3 to 4 years as it is so convenient and comfortable. This is a cosy home, not student housing.
All you need to stay is your suitcase, everything else (besides food) is provided.
The house is very quiet as everyone works or studies and respect is very well taken for keeping common areas spotless for others.
