Man könnte auch zu zweit wohnen und das kleine Zimmer als Büro nutzen.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit den Garagenparkplatz für 135 CHF im Monat dazumieten.

Die WG ist ca. 10 Minuten vom See sowie Migros/Coop/Denner/Aldi/ Bahnhof und die Busstation liegt direkt vor der Türe.

The shared apartment includes 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony.

Room 2: 11.7 m² – 730 CHF including utilities

Room 3: 9 m² – 580 CHF including utilities


It’s also possible for two people to share the apartment and use the smallest room as an office.

There is the option to rent a garage parking space for 135 CHF per month.

The apartment is about 10 minutes from the lake, as well as Migros, Coop, Denner, Aldi, and the train station. The bus stop is right in front of the building.
