Two Rooms available in 3 room apartment on 1st floor + kitchen and balcony, 2 bathrooms. It is all furnished. It is 5 min from a forest where you can jog, walk, etc. and 5 min from a sports base where there is a running track. It is 2 min away from bus station and 2 min away from main stores. 2 min away from an ETH dormitory. The lake is 15 min away on foot. The bus takes you directly in the heart of the city (Bellevue), the bridge that you see on all post cards of Zurich.
The main tenant (male, 50 years old) works in IT and is mostly away - 80% of the time, so you might occasionslly have the entire flat for yourself.
There is a no-girlfriend/boyfriend-overnight-policy (for practical reasons) so you may want to take this into account.
The room is very well lit, you get full sunshine from morning to sunset.
The room may differ from the image (I do not have photos of the second room).
Preference will be given to long-term interested, solvable (already have a job) and slightly older applicants - simply because shared living is different at 20 years old than at 50 years old. :)
