I'm looking for someone to take over my bedroom in this shared flat, as I am moving abroad.

The bedroom comes with all the furniture (bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, mirror, desk and desk chair), for a price that we will agree on.

The flat is shared with two more people (one female, one male). The bathroom is only shared with one person.

Requirements for the new tenant:
-female
-between 20 and 33 years old
-speaks Italian or at least English

Viewings will be held in September and October.
