I'm ruhigen Stadt und naturnahen Quartier Buchthalen bei Schaffhausen, vermiete ich ab sofort ein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und es hat einen Mitbewohner. Die Küche wird vom mir als Vermieter mitbenutzt, bis ich eine eigene Küche in Erdgeschoss eingebaut habe. Ich wohne im Erdgeschoss und werde mich wenig im ersten Stock aufhalten. Privatsphäre ist mir sehr wichtig und wird zu jeder Zeit gewährt. Es hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Für gelegentliche Besuche steht ein Mansardenzimmer zur Verfügung. Waschküche und Trocknungstraum befinden sich im Keller. Es gibt einen Wäschetrockner, der mit Erlaubnis vom Vermieter für eine kleine Gebühr mitbenutzt werden darf. Ein grosser Garten mit Feuerstelle hat es auch. Ein Parkplatz kann für Fr. 50.
/Monat dazu gemietet werden. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Migros mit Poststelle und eine Denner Filiale. In die Natur geht's in 5 Minuten. Zu den zwei Bushaltestellen sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Mit dem Bus in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Zu Fuss in die Stadt etwa 25 Minuten.
Ausländer sind willkommen, müssen aber einen Arbeitsvertrag und eine Aufenthaltsbewilligung haben. Studenten eine Uni-Anmeldung und eine Aufenthaltsgenehmigung.
