A bright and cozy room will soon be available in our shared flat close to Irchelpark! The room is on the ground floor with two large windows, parquet flooring, and comes fully furnished with everything you need — bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk with chair, lamps, sofa, storage units and Wi-Fi (all included in the rent).
You’ll be sharing the flat with three other flatmates — Giuseppe, Philipp, and a new flatmate who’s moving in soon. Everyone is around 25 years old, working or doing a PhD, and into sports like running, cycling, and gym. The atmosphere is easygoing — everyone values their own privacy but also enjoys hanging out or having dinner together once in a while.
The location is super convenient: about 12 minutes to Zurich HB, ETH, or UZH by tram (lines 10 or 14), and less than a 10-minute walk to Irchelpark and the University of Zurich Irchel campus.
Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc.) and one bathroom. There’s also a laundry room in the basement with washing machine and dryer (CHF 1.80 per use).
We’re looking for a new flatmate who fits well with the current vibe — ideally a young professional around the same age range, working regular hours in an office environment (or doing a PhD). Please note that proof of employment will be requested.
