. You’ll be sharing the apartment with your future flatmates, Eshita (from India) and Valentina (from Romania). We’re looking for a respectful, clean, and fun-loving flatmate, preferably female and aged between 25 and 35.

A furnished room is available in our beautiful and spacious apartment in the vibrant Oerlikon area (District 11), which is very well connected by tram lines 7, 9, 10, and 14.
Your future room includes a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, and chair.
The apartment has three single rooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer). You’ll also enjoy the luxury of an in-house washing machine and dryer (a rare find in Switzerland) free to use.
Our bright and spacious living room features a fireplace, several plants (green thumbs welcome!), and a cozy balcony with a table and barbecue. We enjoy sharing meals together but also value each other’s privacy.

The rent is CHF 1,100 per month including utilities. Only internet and electricity are extra (around CHF 20/month).

• You’ll need to co-sign a sublet contract with Nadia.
• A deposit of CHF 1,100 is required upon signing.
• Viewings will take place from August 30 to September 11.
