The flat includes an equipped kitchen, an entry hall, a large living room, a balcony, 1 bathroom and a spacious furnished room. The furniture (large bed, desk, chair, night stand and cupboard) can be taken over for 200 CHF.
The contract is limited due to a scheduled renovation so the flat will have to be emptied and cleaned. There is a possibility to move to another student flat in Affoltern if housemates get along.
Important to be clean, tidy and respect noise schedules and house rules.
