We are looking for a flatmate to take an available room starting from 01.02.2026 with a temporary sub-rent agreement until 31.08.2026 with possibility of extension. The rent is 624 CHF, excluding utilities. An estimate of 50-80 CHF for monthly utilities such as: heating costs (once a year), electricity, internet, serafe, etc..
We are 7 minutes away by walk to Schwamendingerplatz which has supermarkets, pharmacies, posts and so on. We are 2 minutes away to a tram stop where the are the 7 and 9 line.

\- Leonardo, 27, Italian, work as Biomedical Engineer
\- Carlo, 25, Italian, work as a F1 Engineer
\- Clement, 24, French, work as Veterinary and conducts a praktikum
\- Lena, 25, German, studies and conducts an internship
