The flat is located right next to a tram and bus stop, with access to lines 7, 9 and bus 75 which provide direct connection to Zurich main station (20min), ETH/UZH main campus (15min), Irchel campus (7min), and Oerlikon station (7min). It is also right next to the Zürichberg forest (5min walk).

The room is partly furnished with a bed and mattress (as seen in picture). There is the opportunity to take over more furniture including the desk, chair, mirror and wardrobe.
