Looking for a new place to call home? :)

I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Zurich, near tram and bus station Altered, tram nr 9 is right in front of the building. There is also bus nr 61, 759, 787 and Nightbus N9.
3 people in total would be living in this flat.

The room is large and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, night table, desk, chair, the room also has its own balcony. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler.

All main shops are close and there are multiple buses and tram station near the apartment that take you into the city in no time, public transport runs from 5 am to close to 1 am during the week. During the weekends, a night bus stops next to the apartment.

The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
