Hey! :) I\`m Richard (M25) and I\`m looking for a new flatmate for this comfy apartment, 5min walk from the Oerlikon Bahnhof. The location is great when it comes to going places by public transport, and there\`s also plenty of stores within walking distance.

There are two bedrooms in the flat, a smaller one for 960 a month and a bigger one for 1200. I\`m currently in the cheaper one, but don\`t mind taking over the bigger one instead.

Besides the rooms, there\`s also a nicely sized living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a balcony with a grill, which is super nice in summer. Downstairs, we have a storage unit, a washroom, and outside is a sheltered bike rack.

To give you a bit more info on this guy you might end up living with; I am just finishing my physics masters at ETH and will soon be starting a PhD. In my non-uni life, I tend to cook quite a lot, and I\`m also a big sleepyhead. Hobbies include hanging out in a community garden, fermentation of all kinds (ginger beer, mead, sauerkraut,..), fixing up my absolute clunker of a bike, going for a little run, playing a board gaem with frens, etc.

If this sounds good to you and you are a chill, tidy(-ish) person, hit me up with some info about yourself. It\`d be ideal if you had an income, as that\`d make things easier with the landlords, but it\`s not strictly necessary. p.s. for the messages: I don't speak much german.
