As I am out of town traveling, I am subletting my room in the popular Zurich-Oerlikon Area in a spacious 130 m2 2-bedroom apartment. The room is available from October 11th to November 10 - some flexibility could be discussed.

The flat is in the heart of Zurich-Oerlikon right next to the station from where the S-Bahn takes you to the Main station (Zürich HB) in just 5 minutes and runs every 5-10 minutes trams 10, 11 and 14 have stations within 200 meters. The airport is just a 5-minute train ride away and and the station also long distance trains to Bern, Basel, Zug and St. Gallen. All the important stores (such as Coop, Migros, Aldi Lidl, Electronics, Household and Clothing) are just 2-3 minutes walking away. The surroundings are quiet so you don’t have to worry about noise from the streets.
Your room is 17m2 and furnished with a large bed (180x200 cm) and a closet. The flat has two bathrooms, both with a toilet, one with a shower and bathtub on top. The living room has a TV, Dinner table, a full kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. Moreover, there is a desk with two screens that you will be free to use if you want to work from home. The flat has a winter garden that can be separated from the living room and has a couch and a TV (best for Netflix nights). There is a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment that you can use anytime.
You will be living with Lukas, a young project manager in the mobility industry. He is very nice and friendly.

The rent is 1600.- CHF for the month. I’ll offer you the cost for internet and utilities. A parking spot in the garage can be rented from the administration separately.
